Delivery policy

Seoprama is online software. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

When you get access

• Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
• Your monthly credits are added to your account straight away.
• Extra credits you buy are added immediately after payment.
• A payment receipt is sent to your account email.

How you access it

Sign in at seoprama.com from any web browser, on any device, using the email and password you signed up with.

If something goes wrong

If you paid but your plan or credits are not showing within 30 minutes, email [Support email] with your account email and payment reference. We will fix it within one working day, or refund you in full if we can't.
